Als kleines Kind muss Afrosamurai mit ansehen, wie sein Vater getötet wird, nur damit der Gegner das Kopfband der Nummer eins auf Erden bekommt, wodurch dieser zu einer Art "Gott" wird. Als Erwachsener, ausgerüstet mit einem Samuraischwert und dem Kopfband der Nummer zwei, will Afrosamurai nun Rache nehmen. Doch auf dem langen Weg stellen sich ihm viele Gegner in den Weg, die ihm sein Kopfband entreißen wollen, um selbst als Nummer zwei zu gelten.
