Deadman Wonderland:
Als einziger Überlebender eines Massakers an seiner Schule, wird Ganta schnell als Täter ermittelt und zum Tode verurteilt. Daraufhin sperrt man ihn in ein privates Hochsicherheitsgefängnis namens Deadman Wonderland, das seine eigenen Regeln hat. Jegliche Privilegien müssen durch die Teilnahme an menschenverachtenden Spielen erkauft werden und so wird jeder Tag zum Überlebenskampf. Doch gerade als Ganta endgültig den Gefahren seines neuen Zuhauses zu unterliegen droht, rettet ihn ein Energiestoss eines ihn eingebetteten Kristalls, für den der wahre Schuldige des Schulmassakers verantwortlich ist…

Was haben die die Insassen des G-Trakts eigentlich gemacht bevor sie in Deadman Wonderland gelandet sind? Senji Kiyomasa, der Protagonist in diesen OVA, war früher einmal ein Polizist. Zusammen mit seinen Kollegen sorgte er nach dem schweren Erbeben in Tokyo für Ordnung. Seinen Branch of Sin setzte er damals schon ein auch wenn er noch nicht seine Bedeutung kannte. Doch eines Tages geraten sie an einen Gegner, der ungemein gefährlicher ist als die bisherigen Diebe und Straßengangster.
