Beschreibung
Eines Tages wacht Gintoki mitten in den Straßen Edos auf und findet sich in einer Welt wieder, die offensichtlich die Zukunft verdeutlichen soll. Gintoki selbst existiert in dieser Welt nicht mehr und seine ehemaligen Freunde Kagura und Shinpachi streiten sich um das Erbe der Yorozuya. Die Shinsengumi hat ihre Uniformen abgelegt, seine Freunde sind zutiefst zerstritten und die Welt droht dem Angriff der sogenannten "Enmi" zu unterliegen. Wird es Gintoki gelingen seine ehemaligen Freunde auf den richtigen Pfad zurückzubringen und sie zu einem finalen Kampf zu motivieren?
