You Keika ist eigentlich der Sprössling einer alteingesessenen Familie von Exorzisten, doch nach dem Tod seiner Eltern ist er gezwungen, als Wahrsager und Computer-Techniker über die Runden zu kommen. Eines Nachts trifft er auf einem Schrottplatz jedoch auf den charismatischen Exorzisten Tanmoku Ki, welcher sich im Kampf mit einem bösen Geist befindet. Um seinem Unglück noch eins draufzusetzen, wird er dann jedoch von einem Auto angefahren und wird selbst zum Geist. Tanmoku Ki geht jedoch auf ihn zu und bietet ihm einen "Pakt", in dem sie zusammen böse Geister bekämpfen.
